A leader in supply-chain solutions is seeking an energetic, results oriented Account Manager to join the team. This is a full-time role where the ideal candidate will be tasked with providing a strong level of customer service while enhancing the relationship our client has with the customer. Daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to managing receiving, shipping, and inventory processes within the organization. You will also serve as a key communicator between the warehouse and the customer, and will be responsible for communicating key data back to the customer.
The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of experience in a customer service setting who can take charge and autonomously execute tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Order management
- Inventory Management
- Scheduling client appointments
- Ensure accuracy of orders
- Proactively resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
- 5+ years customer service experience
- Familiarity of Google Apps
- Willingness to travel on business if needed.
