A creative pharmaceutical strategic advertising and consulting agency is seeking an experienced Business Manager to serve as a lead for their growing finance and accounting team. You will act as a business manager across the organization ensuring strong fiscal stability while partnering on a day to day basis with the Controller.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to interact with customers onsite to thoroughly explain and review various issues around financial management
- Responsible for client budgets and reporting, composing accurate financial forecasts to ensure goals are met
- Create invoices that align with current contracts of each client
- Ability to analyze billing terms and ensure invoices are paid
- Loop in customers as needed based on scope of work, project forecasting and budgets
- Ability to analyze financial performance of each customer to ensure revenue goals are being met
- Provide budget reports as needed for clients and internal audits
- Reconcile financial side of projects when they’re completed to ensure accuracy
Management Responsibilities:
- Manage financial resources as needed
- Compose monthly forecasts
- Ability to resolve financial conflicts as needed
- Ability to assist leadership in various contract negotiations
- Excellent work ethic
