Responsibilities:
- Manage Payroll and Employee Benefits
- Responsible for recruiting for various roles throughout the organization
- Oversee employee issues/needs/policy on a day to day basis
- New hire on-boarding/training
- Manage collegiate licensing/reporting
- Should be well-versed in employment law and corporate legal responsibilities for employer and employee
- Can identify training opportunities throughout the organization’s units of business
