Our client, an industry leader in advertising and branding solutions is seeking talented Account Managers / Sales Support Reps to join our growing team in Schaumburg.
Your skillset should include providing world-class customer service while creating strong relationships that will strengthen customer loyalty.
Job Duties:
- Answer inbound customer calls and assist with issue at hand
- Seek upsell opportunities throughout each customer call
- Assist sales reps with quoting, pricing, inventory updates, etc
- Proactively reach out to customers to provide updates on current sales promotions
