Our client, a manufacturing company specializing in commercial chemicals is seeking an innovative Technical Marketing manager to join our global organization that has been in business for 50+ years.
You should have a strong PVC background, as you will be tasked with providing marketing and technical support services related to mixed metal and plasticizers.
Our candidate of choice will have prior working knowledge of Polyurethane and Silicone applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in creating solutions related to PVC applications
- Responsible for improving heat stabilizer products
- Create measurable objectives to measure product performance to ensure customer satisfaction
- Responsible for shipments of product samples to new customers
- Perform various application lab testing as required
- Organize and conduct trials at customer sites as required
- Offer technical support and troubleshoot as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS Chemistry or related science field
- Minimum of three years’ experience working with PVC and Polymer
- Prior experience in chemical analysis, product development
- Strong ability to work independently
- You are a problem solver w strong analytical skill
- Superior communication and relationship building skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel for work when needed
