A leading manufacturer of print products and services is seeking qualified Customer Care / Sales Support Representatives to help service and manager our strategic accounts.
Must be comfortable speaking on the telephones with a take charge attitude and have great computer knowledge. One of your key duties will be answering and executing customer service issues via incoming and outgoing phone calls.
REQUIREMENTS/JOB DUTIES:
- Ability to service strategic accounts on a daily basis
- Communicate with customers via email
- Service customers and their issues as needed
- Update internal software as required following customer engagements
- Guarantee all information is accurate
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to describe company product offerings and services to customers
- Can engage with clients in-person if needed
- Vendor management – prior experience executing purchase orders a plus!
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
