Our client, a commercial fishing operation, is seeking a Shop Supervisor to lead daily operations within our manufacturing facility. This is a first shift role; however, the candidate of choice will be required to work a half day on two Saturdays per month.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead operations throughout the facility on a daily basis
- Supervise inventory, responsible for placing orders to avoid a shortage of equipment
- Highly organized, ability to keep track of equipment and parts in use at all times
- Ability to perform repairs and update records as required by senior leadership
- Manage staff on a day to day basis, ability to manage issues within the staff as they arise
- Travel to Atlantic City when required to support our local operations based there
