Our client, a prominent law firm based in South Florida, has an immediate need for a Civil Litigation Attorney, to join their winning team in Fort Lauderdale.
Our candidate of choice will be in good standing with the Florida Bar and have a strong background working on foreclosures, contracts and property rights matters. You will bring a strong attention to detail and possess excellent research, writing, and communication skills and a strong commitment to exceptional client service.
KEY REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 3 years minimum required experience.
- Exceptional writing skills, academic credentials.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills required.
- Florida Bar Admission Required.
- Judicial Clerkship and Appellate experience a benefit.
- Advanced knowledge of Florida courts and court procedures a must.
- Advanced knowledge of legal terminology and principles.
- Must be able to analyze legal documents for accuracy.
- Superb writing skills.
- Bar admittance required.
- Great organization and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and prioritize work tasks in an effective manner.
- Collaborative with a can-do attitude balanced with the ability to gracefully communicate with clients.
- Comfortable working with all levels of business professionals, including senior management and all colleagues at other departments in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in: MS Office and Outlook.
