Our client, a growing, experienced law firm, has an immediate need for an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney – Labor & Employment, to join their winning team in Tinton Falls.
Our candidate of choice will bring proven experience and the ability to handle cases from their inception and work independently. You must have superior writing skills and strong research skills and experience in all aspects of litigation, including depositions, discovery, motion practice and court appearances.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate directly with clients to provide day to day counseling regarding labor/employment related issues
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and client needs.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the NJ state bar association is required; NY and PA are a plus.
- Proven experience in labor/employment and/or commercial litigation is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong skills in legal drafting and research are essential for success in this role.
