Our client, a nationwide metal manufacturer, has an immediate need for a CNC Milling Machinist to join their winning team in Methuen.
Our candidate of choice will be a highly skilled Milling professional with strong experience working in metals manufacturing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years’ experience setting up CNC milling centers
- No Lathe/turning
- Must be able to independently set up the machine and trouble shoot issues
- Experience with Haas mills a plus but not a requirement
- Ability to read prints
- Ability to use calipers, micro height, depth gauges, etc.
- Understanding basic “G” code
- Programming is NOT a requirement
