Elgen Staffing is expanding at a rapid pace and we’re currently seeking recruiters / inside sales professionals to join our team and partner in our growth.
As a recruiter you will be responsible for identifying quality candidates and helping put people to work across the nation. We are hiring goal driven, team players who are self-motivated and driven to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
- On-board and train new employees
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
- Accurately maintain employee files
What we’re looking for:
- Ability to handle heavy phone volume
- Recruiting/sales experience
- Job board proficiency, Boolean logic knowledge a plus
- Must be able to multi-task and adapt quickly to change
- Social media savvy
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Results driven
- Strong desire to be successful
