Our client, a leader in providing commercial tax and audit services in addition to advisory services for high net-worth individuals is seeking a motivated Tax Manager to join their growing Tax Team.
We are offering a $4,000 new hire bonus!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact closely with clients to provide innovative tax planning, consulting and compliance expertise for individual, trust, and estate clients.
- Manage and implement multiple projects simultaneously, which include client interviews, computations, analysis, data gathering and coordination of client resources.
- Conduct research and analysis of a wide-range of tax issues unique to high net worth clientele.
- Motivate and mentor junior staff members by providing them with leadership, counseling and professional guidance.
- Develop new business relationships with potential clients and company personnel to grow our client’s clientele base and work to foster on-going efforts to obtain additional opportunities for the Firm
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Public Accounting at the Senior or Manager level.
- An active CPA license.
- Prior experience supervising tax professionals on a project or engagement basis.
- Experience working with high net worth individuals and multi-generational families.
- Expertise in areas including income tax planning, estate and gift planning, international tax, and tax controversy.
- Experience with business clients in a variety of industries.
A Manager will have obtained a CPA license, possess a minimum of 5 years of experience, have demonstrated excellence in Public Accounting at the Manager level, or possess equivalent professional accomplishments and specialized knowledge/abilities. The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience supervising tax professionals on a project or engagement basis. The length of time the Manager will spend at this level will vary depending on his/her individual development.
