We are currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Professionals to join our team in our Closter, New Jersey.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and grow new business, opening new accounts
- Building relationships within all accounts
- Communicate with sales team and warehouse to ensure items are in stock
- Collaborating with internal resources to identify and close all potential staffing opportunities
- Communicate with customers throughout sales cycle to ensure all requirements are met are received
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management OR a related field
- Previous experience in selling staffing services
- Minimum 2 years’ sales experience
- Proven experience in building new clients
- Working knowledge of the staffing/recruiting industry
- Prior experience building successful relationships
