Our client, a leading healthcare provider in Bergen County, has an immediate need for experienced Physical Therapist to join their growing team in Englewood.
Our candidate choice will have their New Jersey Physical Therapy License.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluation and implementation of treatment plans
- Complete daily patient care, progress, and discharge notes in a timely manner
- Treat with integrity compassion using evidence-based practices
- Engage with patients and teammates in support of our positive, inclusive care environment
- Oversee current patients schedules to ensure care completion
- Provide timely communication with referral sources, patients and leaders
- Develop customized plans of care based on the most up-to-date, evidence-based practices and treatments
- Assesses and evaluates client for physical therapy needs and develops and implements appropriate plan of action in collaboration with the physician
- Documents all changes in client’s condition and updates care plans and outcomes accordingly
- Adheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance
- Omission of specific duties does not exclude them from this position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment for this position
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Physical Therapy Licensure in NJ required
- 2-3 years of prior clinical experience and community based experience preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid NJ driver’s license
