Our client, a leading provider of high-quality HVAC and refrigeration services, has an immediate need for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join their growing team in Greensboro.
Our candidate of choice will bring a thorough knowledge of refrigeration and heating/cooling mechanics in addition to a valid driver’s license, EPA certifications, and in-field experience working on commercial units.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and repair all makes/models of refrigeration systems; walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, reach-in coolers/freezers, food service equipment and all models of commercial HVAC equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance as needed
- Document all work and activity in daily log book
- Communicate w dispatch throughout the day as appointments are executed
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment at all times
- Operate company vehicle safely at all times
- Demonstrate leadership, good customer service and act with professionalism at all times, regardless of any situation that may arise
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 – 5 years’ Field Tech Experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- EPA Certification
- Ability to be on a rotating on-call weekend schedule
