Our client, a leading provider of high-quality HVAC and refrigeration services, has an immediate need for an experienced HVAC Service Mechanic, to join their winning team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform preventative maintenance as needed
- Document all work and activity in daily log book
- Communicate w dispatch throughout the day as appointments are executed
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment at all times
- Operate company vehicle safely at all times
- Demonstrate leadership, good customer service and act with professionalism at all times, regardless of any situation that may arise
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Must Have 5 years’ experience working on their own as an HVAC mechanic/technician (not installer)Needs to be Residential/Commercial HVAC service & maintenance technician proficient in rooftop & split systems up to 50 tons, Natural gas furnaces & Boilers
- Has to have own tools
- Must be EPA certified
- Valid driver’s license. Legal resident a must
- Must have a safe off street parking spot for Company Van
- Bergen. Morris & Passaic counties is where we work
- Must be available to work Overtime and Carry On call Pager twice a month
