Our client, a law firm with offices throughout the world, has an immediate need for an experienced General Liability Defense Attorney, to join our growing team in Garden City.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience w General Liability Defense, Property Damage, and Labor Law Defense.
- Premises liability and construction/work site accidents would be a huge plus.
- Trial experience preferred but not required.
- Must be admitted in NY and NJ, CT, FL, PA admission a plus.
- Experience must be in areas besides Auto/Workers Comp
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Exceptional writing and analytical skills
- Dedicated and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic
- Superior organizational and time-management skills
- An ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, as well as adversaries and courts
- Excellent interpersonal, networking and business development skills
