Our client, a multi-discipline law firm, has an immediate need for an experienced Immigration Associate Attorney, to join our winning team in Fall River.
Our candidate of choice will bring A solid background in immigration law. You will handle a diverse caseload, including representing clients in EOIR proceedings and working with USCIS on various petitions and applications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Represent clients in immigration proceedings before EOIR, including hearings, motions, and appeals.
- Prepare and file applications, petitions, and responses with USCIS.
- Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice on complex immigration issues.
- Work closely with clients to gather evidence, prepare case documentation, and strategize legal approaches.
- Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and ensure comprehensive client support.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Active license to practice law (any state)
- Experience in immigration law
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish a plus.
