Our client, a leading litigation law firm with offices throughout the Northeast, has an immediate need for an Insurance Defense Attorney, to join our winning team in Parsippany.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
- Admission to the New Jersey State Bar (admission to Pennsylvania State Bar a plus).
- Four to Five years of civil litigation experience in state and federal courts.
- Perform legal research.
- Prepare and respond to discovery.
- Ability to take and defend depositions.
- Draft and argue dispositive motions.
- Assist with mediation, arbitration, trials, and hearings.
