Our client, a nationwide provider of commercial plastic and polymers, has an immediate need for an experienced Lab Technician, to join their winning team in Evansville.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate PRQS from Fishbowl and manually
- Generate Lab Request
- Perform all required lab testing
- Complete all associated paperwork
- Track retains and Quality data through Lab Log entries
- Operate injection molding machines
- Recognizes the need for additional testing to help determine type of material, etc.
- Adjust batches for color
- Weigh pigments
- Blend material
- General housekeeping
- Perform other duties as requested
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Minimum of 1 year production or lab experience or 2 year college degree
