Our client, a nationwide manufacturer of commercial machinery, has an immediate need for an experienced Packaging Service Scheduler, to join our winning team in Lancaster.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule service reps work in the field and provide their documents for customer visits.
- Take service requests from customers.
- Receive PO#’s from customers. Assign sales order #’s in salesforce & SAP
- Use salesforce service and field service consoles
- Type weekly schedule and distribute to other departments
- Advise accounting when customers exceed their credit limit (noted in SAP)
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Two or more years of experience working in an office environment
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Salesforce and S.A.P knowledge
- Prior work with customers to build and maintain working relationships
