Our client, a nationwide manufacturer and supplier of commercial glass products, has an immediate need for an experienced Project Manager, to join their winning team in Boston.
Our candidate of choice will deliver a level of service that exceeds the customer’s expectations by coordinating the details and resources necessary to successfully complete each project on time and on budget
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Visit jobsites for introductions and job meetings
- Compile critical project information & review with internal project team
- Identify/resolve conflicts with other trades
- Liaise with clients to identify and define scheduling requirements
- Communicate requirements and allocate resources to meet project timeline
- Perform final review of shop drawings
- Field measure and verify all glass and door dimensions
- Monitor installation to ensure quality
- Convey requests for missing/damaged items
- Compile information for change orders and submit to client
- Ensure safety requirements are adhered to through on-site inspections
- Perform final walkthroughs and generate punch lists
- Procure material, labor, and machinery as required by projects
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Take full responsibility for the success of your projects
