Our client, a global manufacturer of consumer goods, is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resource Manager, to join their winning team in Milpitas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drives the implementation of corporate policies and objectives while acting as the liaison between local operations and corporate headquarters for HR-related matters
- Promotes and fosters a positive organizational culture aligned with company values, ensuring a healthy and productive work environment
- Collaborates with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
- Oversees and develops HR programs, policies, and processes, including staffing, compensation and benefits, performance and talent management, employee retention, employee relations, conflict resolution, and learning and development programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effectiveness
- Ensures organizational compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and mitigates HR-related risks, including potential legal and compliance challenges
- Leverages HR analytics to provides data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making
- Manages HR department budget and resources effectively
- Leads HR team operations, fostering professional growth and development of HR staff
- Directs projects as assigned by headquarters
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
- Proven ability to collaborate with headquarters in a multinational environment
- Strong leadership and organizational management skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively
- Exceptional interpersonal and cross-cultural communication abilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to details
- High standards of ethics and professional integrity
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, last five in a leadership role
