Our client, a nationwide leader in plastics manufacturing, has an immediate need for an experienced Setup Technician / Machinist, to join their winning team in Mansfield.
Our candidate of choice will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and ensuring the proper operation of the Kiefel KMD-90 machine to meet production requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install and Un-install molds and tools according to the job order.
- Adjust Stations according with the job (Forming, Punching and Stacking Station)
- Ensure the material placed matches the job specifications.
- Correctly load material rolls onto the machine.
- Clean key areas of the machine and check components.
- Follow all safety rules and keep the work area organized.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience with thermoforming machines. (If is Possible)
- Basic knowledge of mechanics.
- Ability to read job orders.
- Ability to follow Directions.
