Our client, a prominent law firm without offices throughout the New York Metro area, has an immediate need for an experienced Tax Associate Attorney, to join their winning team in Newark.
KEY REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 5-10 years of experience in trusts and estate administration, litigation, and estate, gift, inheritance, and generation-skipping transfer taxation.
- Experience implementing tax-efficient and integrated estate income planning strategies for high net-worth individuals, entities, trusts and charities.
- In-depth knowledge of estate planning and probate procedures in New York and New Jersey.
- Experience appearing in Surrogate’s Court in New York.
- Possess a JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
- Must be licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey and New York.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and to interact directly with clients.
