Ou client, a leading manufacturer of pneumatic supplies and accessories, has an immediate need for an experienced Tool Maker, to join their winning team in East Brunswick.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform operations common to the toolmaker trade.
- Works from blue prints, specifications and diagrams.
- Set up and operate all tool room machinery, such as grinders, mills, drills, lathes.
- Construct precision parts for replacement on machines.
- Make minor repairs to machines.
- May be assigned additional duties and/or special fixture projects.
- Provide and assist in training workforce in proper setup and use of equipment/systems.
- Perform work in a safe manner, keeping tool room equipment clean and in safe working condition.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma/GED or trade school and 4+ years of related experience.
- Experience with machines to make tooling, using manual mills, lathes, drill press, band saw and hand grinder.
- Proficiently operate all common machining equipment, mills, lathes, grinders.
